Subscription Service

This guide provides information about how you can subscribe to Zee Zees products, and how you can modify your subscription details. 

How can I subscribe?

You can subscribe to get your favorite Zee Zees' products on the product page. Choose the product, the flavor and size, select how many products you want, and choose an option from the drop-down. You can receive these products every 30, 60, or 90 days. 



Once added to the cart, your subscriptions will be detailed at checkout:

How do I manage my subscriptions?

You will need to log into your account - or create one if you haven't yet - and click on "Manage subscriptions", located on the bottom right corner of your account page. 



Once you are in, you'll be able to see and edit your current subscriptions:

Can update my billing information?

You can update your billing information by selecting the payment details on the Payment methods tab. 


Can I cancel a subscription?

Under the Subscriptions tab, you can click on the Manage Subscription button. Within the specific subscription, you can click on the Cancel Subscription button found at the bottom left corner. 


How do I skip a delivery?

You can opt to skip a shipment instead of canceling by editing the subscription and clicking Skip shipment for a single product. 


Or by opening the Delivery Schedule tab and clicking Skip on the delivery date for the full order. 


Can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address in the customer portal from the Shipping Addresses tab.


Or by editing the subscription from the Subscriptions tab.


Add a product to a subscription

You can add another product to your subscription through the Subscriptions tab, by clicking Add Product. This will open a new page where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You can also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
