Selected for the Inaugural Super Co-Op Board Focus Group
We are proud to share that Shayna Pham, our K12 Territory Lead for the West Region, has been selected to serve on the inaugural Super Co-Op Board Focus Group. It is a well-earned honor that reflects the reputation Shayna has built across the school nutrition community, and we could not be happier to celebrate this moment with her.
The Board Focus Group is a new two-year advisory role running through December 2028. The group meets five times a year to keep the Board informed of member perspectives, priorities, and the issues that matter most to the districts it serves. It is a seat at the table where the voices of school nutrition professionals help shape the future of the co-op that brings California districts and their industry partners together.
Shayna brings real depth to that table. Over 15 years with Zee Zees and National Food Group, she has partnered with school districts across 15 states, giving her a wide view of the operational realities, challenges, and creative solutions that define K12 nutrition. She has also served on Virginia's Industry Advisory Board for the past seven years, where she helped plan meetings and food shows that drew record attendance, and she has shared her perspective on conference stages and panel discussions alongside district leaders from around the country. For the past three and a half years, she has focused on California, pairing a national view with a growing understanding of the state's unique school nutrition landscape.

"District and industry members share a common mission: making sure students have access to wholesome meals. I am honored to have a seat at the table, and I look forward to sharing ideas, solving challenges, and helping shape solutions that benefit school districts across California."
That spirit is exactly what her colleagues see in her every day. Whether she’s creatively solving a challenge or advocating for a district’s needs, Shayna brings the same relentless drive to serve the partners who count on her.
