About 1 in 12 children have food allergies, and about 1 in 16 adults - so even if your child doesn't have a food allergy, there's certainly a chance of someone at your party having one. It's always appreciated by parents in allergy families that you ask about food allergies in your invitations, and make an effort to provide safe snacks.
